Return & Exchange Policy

General Return Conditions

At EnosJewelry, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied or need to make a change, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

We accept return requests within 90 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging and must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

All returns must be shipped using a trackable or registered shipping service. Before sending your item back, you must first contact us to receive return authorization. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Once your item is received and inspected, and if it meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued for the product value excluding shipping and packaging costs.

Approved refunds are processed within approximately 7 days.

Items that cannot be resold due to damage, incorrect packaging, alterations, or misuse will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or variation, please contact us. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Unless the issue is caused by EnosJewelry, customers are responsible for covering return shipping, new shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any applicable labor fees.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are produced specifically for each customer.

For certain products such as cross pendant necklaces and cross bracelets, a processing fee of $89 may be deducted in case of return. This covers labor, handling, and logistics.

By purchasing non-personalized solid gold items, customers acknowledge and accept these conditions at checkout.

Gift Returns

Items received as a gift may be returned in exchange for store credit.

Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date it is issued and can be used for any future purchase on our website.

Any price differences, additional shipping fees, or applicable charges must be covered by the customer.

For any questions regarding gift returns, our support team will be happy to assist you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 90 days of delivery.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. The exchange or resolution process may take up to 10 days.

In cases where the issue is due to a manufacturing or shipping error, EnosJewelry will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, we are happy to offer an exchange option.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item to be eligible.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping, shipping fees, and labor costs unless the issue is caused by EnosJewelry.

For returns or refunds under this condition, both return shipping and applicable labor costs will be charged to the customer.

In the case of returning specific items such as cross pendant necklaces or bracelets, a fee of $79 may be deducted to cover labor, handling, and shipping.

Customers who purchase non-personalized solid gold items agree to these terms at the time of purchase.

All returned items must be sent using a trackable shipping method. The tracking number must be shared with EnosJewelry to ensure proper processing of your return.
